1.If there is any failure caused of function, we can provide the following three kind of service with customer if they can have any purchase document and guarantee card.   

1) If any problems happen in products within 7 days from your buying day, you can choose to repairreturn or change another same type and same description product. Our agents can responsible for doing that.

2) If function trouble are caused in product from 8 to 15 days at your buying day, you can choose to repair or change another same type and same description product. Our agents can responsible for replacing product.

3) If function troubles are caused in product within one year from your buying day, we can repair it free.

4) If customer loose any buying document or guarantee card and can not provide the copies. We can provide free repair with them three months from buying day.

2.Customer can deserve the three kind of service after his product is repaired during guarantee date or within 90 days from the day of his product repaired.Further more, he can choose more long expiration of the above two dates as his rest guarantee date. 

3.We can not provide the above three type of service, if any of the following things happens.
1) Over guarantee limitation of the three kind of service.
2) No guarantee card or valid invoice.
3) Product type at guarantee card is different from that at commodities.

4)Troubles causes by using maintenance  not according not operation manual.

5) Problem caused by unassembled at service place, which is not authorized by our company.
6) Problem caused by uncontrollable status.

7) Product nature wear ( not including shellkey boardscreen accessories and so on.)
8) Troubles
faults causes not by product.
9) No any original label, bar code and Net Permission certification.

10) Any product is changed by others.                 

                                                      

4.If valid of guarantee date is exceeded, our company or agent will provide maintenance with charge service after guarantee date exceeded.

5.During guarantee date, if any quality problem of product happens, customer should take the following action: 

1) Customer should deliver his product to after sales department or other agent to ask service for him , at the same time, he must bring buying document and guarantee card. Otherwise, he can not get his service deserved.

2) Customer can dial hotline of Guowei sales after team so as to get connect information.

3) During operating, users can not get telecommunication agent service or not get normally. Then users should console telecommunication agent firstly.

6.Customer should burden car fee between their place and our company. 

7.All components and assembly parts and accessories replaced should be sent back to our company.  

8.Our company can provide the three kind of service included visible and invisible with customer. 

9.We are only provide the three service - repairreturn or change another same type with customers , if there is problem caused in our product directly .If problem caused by users wrong operating or uncontrollable nature , we can not be responsible .

10.Any agents of our company dont have right to burden service clauses excluded here and must provide the three services here to customer. 

11.Chinese compulsory regulations of relative law is suitable for the guarantee clauses.

12.Our company has right to adjust guarantee information, product function and other regulations. And we cannot inform if we have any changes.
